The name “Heaven Can Wait Foundation” originated from one of the episodes of Cesar M.- The Dog Whisperer. There is an existing heaven can wait organization center is the US and we just thought it was a good name since it pretty much explains it all, that dogs need not go to heaven yet without getting a taste of a good life.
