When we talk of cuteness and cuddliness, the very first word that comes out of our mouth is dog. Dog is characterized as cute and cuddly because of its features. Dogs are cute because of their sizes. Discovered in Yorkshire, England in 1800’s the Terrier dog was named as Yorkie. It has further contributed in the development of other breeds of Terrier. One of which is the Australian Silky Terrier.

Yorkie is being liked because of its cuteness and cuddliness. Yorkie is cute because of its size. It is a small dog that weighs only 7 lbs or less. It also has long, silky and smooth coats that make them cuddly. Unlike other breeds, Yorkie is long-tailed and its description is précised. One cannot really resist playing and hugging Yorkie because of its features. Its most-liked qualities do not fade away as it grows up but instead its hair becomes stronger, silkier, more glossy and straight. The color of the coats also gets darker through age which gives a stronger yet beautiful look of the Yorkie.

The good news about rearing Yorkie is that it is not burdensome. In order to maintain its features, daily brushing and monthly bathing is required. The fur may also be trimmed in order to give a style and lighter look. Trimming is also recommended so that the hair will not reach the floor. But maintaining the silky look of the coats, a reasonable effort must be applied.

Because of the features of the Yorkie, it has been associated with confidence and conveys an important air. This association suits its features. Apart from that, it fits as a Christmas Yorkie present. Since the season speaks of peace, unity and happiness, it is also appropriate to make cute, cuddly and happy pets as theme. Just merely seeing a Yorkie, it is more than enough to release stress, tension, and anxiety. Apart from that, it puts a smile to anyone who sees or holds it because of its beauty. Certainly, one who hates dogs will be transformed.
