He is soooo cute! We are still deciding on a name, so if you have any ideas please comment here. We will make a final decision soon.
As you can see, he is very curious.
One yorkie is fun, but two are much better. They are very happy to play with each other, although we will have to supervise their play for a while. The little guy is only half of Bella’s size!
Here are some portrayals of true teamwork. In the second picture they are teaming up to look for bugs!
Like I said, they really enjoy playing. They are so much happier outside. They actually get along better outdoors- they don’t hurt each other as much!

Wow when he looks at you head on, he looks like so devious or plotting or something. so much character, he looks like one of the animals from Narnia.

you should name him Aslan.
April 23rd, 2008 at 12:09 pm
I like Zues. I may not have spelled it right, but that is my idea. Or, my dad used to tell us we should name outr pets Lucky, “because he is lucky to live here.”

Very cute puppy. I think you should name him deathkill. I told Bart this several times, but he has not listened. Maybe you will be more likely to name him that.
April 23rd, 2008 at 4:29 pm
You should name him Habekuk.
April 23rd, 2008 at 5:25 pm
The pictures are adorable. I didn’t know that you had another baby already. Well, give your babies a kiss and a hug from Grandma. I think you should name one Kibble. I may be down this week end could I drop by to see my grandkids?

I wanted to name him Ralphy originally but it just doesn’t seem to fit him as much after having him.
Death Kill is a little brutal for the little guy. But thats why it is so much fun!
Maybe Dude, I have always liked to call him little Dude. Or just plain Dude.

Aslan is a giant Lion’s name Abi. Although those books do have a great place in my heart.
Aslan would be a noble name for such sweet little dude.

Grady from Irish Gaelic and means Illustrious, noble. or
Sonny meaning? Diminutive for names that includes `son’.or
Abe because it is Hebrew and means, Father of a multitude, should bring good luck. or
goliath because he is so big and scarey……..he really is cute!!!!

Are Yorkies and scotty dogs the same dog? My favorite picture is of them scouting for bugs. Dad loved your comment about “unsupervised play” and said to name him George.

The name must be after the spirit of the animal not the aesthetic value. Thus the dog should be named Butch.

I have a thing for single syllable names from Star Trek, though I’m a cat person. I’ve used Captain Kirk, Spock, and Dax thus far. Here are a few for consideration:
Kes
Kim
Phlox
Scott
Worf
Troi
Quark
General Chang
Kahn

I love your dogs, and I wish I could come over and play with them. The one where he’s looking for bugs made me think of Scout for a name. Or Scotchie because he looks like he has butterscotch stuck to him. Maybe it looks more like caramel, I don’t know. Cara de Caca for the memories…or just a nice, simple Alan.
April 25th, 2008 at 5:36 am

LOL you guys are great!!! Snit or grunt… thank you, Anna, for sharing your baby names! Very generous! I really like Luka… I always wondered why bart wasn’t named Bartholomew instead Bartley, I mean, who has ever heard of that name?
April 25th, 2008 at 3:14 pm
I think…Sebastian…yes, definitely Sebastian.
April 28th, 2008 at 10:11 am
Oh, aren’t they ADORABLE! We named our German Shepard “Cricket” because he hopped thru the tall grass chasing small wildlife. Perhaps some kind of ‘verb’ would befit him.
Good luck and thanks for commenting on my blog. I’ll get the Yorkie art work up for sale soon.
